Manage all of your clients from one dashboard. We have two types of users in Callnomics. Admin users and client reporting users. While admin users have full access to every company in the dashboard, it's easy to limit the access of a client reporting user to companies of your choosing.

Is it easy to switch providers?

Yes! Switching is easy. The simplest way to do it is to slowly add new clients to the application and keep your old ones on your previous tool. Over time you will have all of your clients on Callnomics.

Can I bill each client separately?

You can invoice clients using software of your choice. Callnomics invoices provide a breakdown of costs by client that you can use. This service is not built into the application. If you would like, you can create a new account for each client and add their credit card to bill them directly.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Nope. We try to keep our pricing as transparent as possible. There's no contracts, minimums, or hidden costs.

How many clients can I add to my agency account?

There is no limit. You can invite as many clients as you would like, and all of them will be charged at direct Plivo API costs.
