I have multiple clients. Can I give access only to their data?

Yes, you can create users that only have access to companies that you assign them to with the Agency plan.

How many numbers can I have in my account?

You can have as many numbers as you would like. Each number can also have different destionation numbers or call flows.

What happens when we cancel our account?

Since we do not have contracts you can cancel your account anytime. All numbers will be released when you cancel your account to avoid continued billing. If you decide to use Callnomics again in the future, you will need to setup new campaigns to use it.

How can I install the tracking script on our website?

Installing the tracking script is as easy as installing Google Analytics. Just log in to your website using FTP and put the snippet in your footer. If you are using WordPress, you can use our plugin to make the process easier.

How long does it take to setup a campaign?

When you create a campaign phone numbers are instantly provisioned and available for use. You can test a campaign by calling the tracking number and verifying that the call is received at the destination number.

Which countries do you currently support?

Our call tracking application currently only supports US phone numbers. We plan on expanding available countries in the next few months.
