It's not. When your business receives a call it is first routed to us to determine the source and record the conversation. After this, we transfer the call to you. As a result, each application minute requires both an inbound and outbound minute.
When you add a marketing campaign to CallNomics you will be given a tracking number. You can use this number in your advertising and all calls to the number will be analyzed and recorded.
