It's not. When your business receives a call it is first routed to us to determine the source and record the conversation. After this, we transfer the call to you. As a result, each application minute requires both an inbound and outbound minute.
When you add a marketing campaign to CallNomics you will be given a tracking number. You can use this number in your advertising and all calls to the number will be analyzed and recorded. You can also track all calls coming from your website. We use a pool of numbers to determine how customers heard about you.
